Who is Bill?

My name is Bill Graves and I founded Sagittarius Enterprises, LP as a way to help landowners sell their unwanted vacant, bare, and/or raw land.

Sagittarius Enterprises, LP is a limited family partnership. It is duly registered with the Arizona Secretary of State. The managing partner of Sagitarrius Enterprises, LP is Neobil Enterprises, LLC, also founded by me in 2000. It is and has been in good standing with the Arizona Corporation Commission since its formation almost 25 years ago. Over the years I have successfully completed transactions of all sizes, from a few thousand dollars to several million. Today Sagittarius Enterprises, LP is capable of completing transactions of most any size.

Many of the lots and acreage I buy are in rural, or undeveloped areas, making them hard to sell through traditional methods. However, I am interested in all types of land: rural, suburban and even commercial… I will make an offer on almost any parcel of land, helping you to get the cash you need for other investments.

Sagittarius Enterprises, LP is based in Phoenix, however, I am currently buying properties throughout the United States.

At the end of the day, my mission is to help put vacant land into people's hands who are able to use them for their best and highest use. Working with both landowners and land buyers every day, I love to help you as the landowner turn your unwanted land into cash that you can put to better use elsewhere.
